To help make your visit as smooth as possible, we encourage you to complete your new patient forms in advance. This allows us to minimize wait times and focus on your care. We kindly ask all new patients to arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment.
Appointment Policy
We value your time and strive to provide attentive, uninterrupted care for every patient. To ensure this, we do not double-book appointments.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
- Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in a $50 fee.
- New patients who miss their initial appointment without proper notice may not be rescheduled.
